Keep old email as long as you want
Messages from connected accounts are copied into a local archive and can stay there for years without provider limits.
Eule Mailarchive
Local email archive for everyday users
Eule Mailarchive moves older messages from existing mailboxes onto your own computer. That keeps your mailbox small, lowers provider costs and lets you keep old email for as long as you want without paying cloud storage fees or sorting through folders by hand.
What the app does
Eule Mailarchive combines archiving, search, cleanup and local control in one clear workflow.
Messages from connected accounts are copied into a local archive and can stay there for years without provider limits.
Older messages can leave the online mailbox while still staying available locally and searchable.
Existing PST files can be imported directly into the local archive, even without a running Outlook installation.
You do not need to review folder after folder to decide what can be thrown away. Keep it locally and move on.
Your archive stays under your control on your own hardware instead of generating ongoing mailbox or storage costs.
Subjects, senders, text, invoices and attachments remain easy to find after they leave the online mailbox.
Trash, spam and draft folders can be emptied directly in the app, so mailbox cleanup does not depend only on archiving.
